Leadership in Action Modules

Modules make up the Leadership in Action program and are organized in specific concentrations following individual goals and characteristics of the Fraternity. They are designed to make our Members better leaders and give them applicable skills in and outside of Phi Sigma Pi.

Building Trust- The Seeds of Success

The Seeds of Success Module focuses on building trust within your Chapter or place in which you work. Successful completion of this course will increase your knowledge and ability to:

  • Notice, on a personal level, what needs to take place to make you trust someone.

  • Apply the 10-10-10 rule to help you decide the consequences of a decision.

  • Assess your Chapters'/workplaces' trust levels.

Conflict Management- Diffusing Explosive Situation

The Diffusing Explosive Situations Module focuses on how to approach conflict. Successful completion of this course will increase your knowledge and ability to:

  • Explore the two types of conflict

  • Examine the escalation process

  • To learn to handle different personalities

The Say What? Module focuses on active listening skills. Successful completion of this course will increase your knowledge and ability to:
