Phi Sigma Pi Foundation Board of Directors

President – Hillary Gelfand (Alpha Theta Chapter ‘07)

• Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.
• Provides regular updates to the Members of the Foundation regarding activities.
• Presides at meetings of the Board and the Annual Membership Meeting.

Secretary – Colleen Donathan Arnett (Beta Omicron Chapter ’97)

• Distributes notices and agendas of all regular special meetings of the Board and Members.
• Records and submits minutes of all regular and special meetings of the Board and Members.

Treasurer – Josh Marder (Alpha Rho Chapter ‘93)

• Provides financial oversight to the Foundation.
• Serve as an authorized signatory for Foundation checks, investment transactions and other financial documents as required.
• Work with the Board and Executive Director to support accurate financial records and compliance with Foundation policies and requirements.

Director – Sarah Cantwell (Beta Sigma Chapter ’01)

• Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity’s Vice President of Finance serves as an ex officio Director.

Director – Lisa Howard (Delta Xi Chapter ‘00)

• Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
• Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
• Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
• Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors

Director – Natalie Mikkelson (Gamma Epsilon Chapter ‘02)

• Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
• Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
• Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
• Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors.

Director – Hope Turnbull (Tau Chapter ‘89)

• Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
• Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
