The Board of Directors is an elected board made up of volunteer Members. They are the primary administrative arm of the Foundation.
President - Ellie Crout (Tau Chapter '10)
- Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.
- Provides regular updates to the Members of the Foundation regarding activities.
- Presides at meetings of the Board and the Annual Membership Meeting.
Treasurer - Hillary Nicoll (Alpha Theta Chapter ‘07)
- Maintains oversight of all financial accounts and investments
- Submits an annual financial report at the Annual Membership Meeting.
- In the absence of the President, will preside at all meeting of the Board of Directors.
Secretary - Colleen Donathan Arnett (Beta Omicron Chapter '97)
- Distributes notices and agendas of all regular special meetings of the Board and Members.
- Records and submits minutes of all regular and special meetings of the Board and Members.
Director - Becky Chamberlain (Beta Rho Chapter '95)
- Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity's Vice President of Finance serves as an ex officio Director.
Director - Sarah Cantwell (Beta Sigma Chapter '01)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors
Director - Jeanette Gass (Epsilon Sigma Chapter '08)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors.
Director - Luigi Nuñez (Zeta Iota Chapter '14)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors.
