Initiate Advisor Training Guide

As Initiate Advisor you help and guide new members through the membership program until they become Members. If feasible, it is recommended to split this position into two: Recruitment Advisor & Initiate Advisor.

Estimated Time Commitment: 🕑 Medium- up to one hour a week.

What You Do:

• Plan Recruitment
• Deliver the National Initiation Program
• Ensure New Member information is submitted to the National Office through the Chapter Admin Portal  
   

How To Prepare:

• Work with the outgoing Initiate Advisor to ensure a smooth transition by completing this worksheet
