It's Recruitment season! Potential New Members are interested and it is soon time for Invitational Meetings and then Initiate Pinning. Your Chapter has already planned out the Invitational Meetings but what happens if you were planning on one number of Potential New Members and more than that comes? Having more PNMs than expected is great but requires some flexibility.

Some quick tips for an Invitational Meeting are:

• Have extra chairs
• Make sure you have enough Members on hand
• Have extra copies of the information you are sharing

If you have more Initiates than current Members than be proud of your Chapter for expanding and have a great Recruitment! Remember that the number of Initiates pinned should not be determined by the amount of Bigs your Chapter has.
