You’re on your way to earning more points toward your Leadership in Action Certification! Use the form below to request a Local Module.

Please allow yourself at least one week when requesting a Module to allow enough time for your, the Facilitator, to prepare and make room reservations. Local Modules last approximately 45 minutes. It is recommended to plan for 60 minutes, to allow for questions.

Leadership in Action Modules

Modules make up the Leadership in Action program and are organized in specific concentrations following individual goals and characteristics of the Fraternity. They are designed to make our Members better leaders and give them applicable skills in and outside of Phi Sigma Pi.

Building Trust- The Key To Motivation focuses on the importance and impact of retention and strategies to motivate those around you. Course Objectives include: Defining and discussing the impact of retention, Exploring what motivates Members to stay Members and Learning how to address concerns about joining an organization.
