The following modules make up the Leadership in Action program, starting with "The Great Balancing Act: Achieving Life Balance" and "Conflict Management," which were unveiled at the 2010 National Convention in Harrisburg, PA.
The modules are organized in specific concentrations following individual goals and characteristics of the Fraternity and, in turn, the vision of Phi Sigma Pi:
