  Executive Director - Suzanne Schaffer   Executive Director - Suzanne Schaffer
As executive director, Suzanne plans all of Phi Sigma Pi's national events including national convention, grand chapter, and all the national council meetings. In addition, Suzanne oversees all financial matters that are related to the fraternity including payroll, taxes, and bills. Suzanne is also the manager of the National Staff, which includes employee reviews, staff meetings, oversight of all publications, chapter mailings, membership development and alumni development. Finally, Suzanne serves on the Personnel Committee at the national level.
 
 
  Senior Director/Director of Member Services - Anika Jackson   Senior Director/Director of Member Services - Anika Jackson
As Senior Director/Director of Member Services, Anika develops and implements strategic plans for the Member Services department and proactively serves Chapters. She hires, trains, and supervises the Member Services team, including the Region Consultant team. Anika is expected to regularly meet with the Member Services Team, monitor team morale, and ensure on-going development of the team. Anika is also in charge of several Phi Sigma Pi publications, including the collegiate e-newsletter, The Scholar’s Province, and various resource and training manuals.
 
 
  Director of Expansion - Ryan DeGuzman   Director of Expansion - Ryan DeGuzman 
As director of expansion, Ryan activates and reactivates all collegiate chapters. In the case of starting a new chapter, Ryan researches and investigates the potential of a colony chapter at a specific school. He conducts recruitment, meet nights, and organizational nights. Ryan supervises the colony throughout the academic term and through the chapter induction. In some cases he will visit a chapter that is facing challenges with their recruitment methods, in order to help the group acquire new members.  In others Ryan will employ a variety of recruiting techniques to help the chapter recruit successfully.
 
 
  Director of Leadership Advancement - Krista Kay   Director of Leadership Advancement - Krista Kay
Krista is an alumna of the Alpha Pi Chapter at Penn State University. As Director of Leadership Advancement, Krista is responsible for developing and managing the Fraternity's leadership programs.  Krista runs the Leadership in Action program: adapting modules, coaching participants, managing the program's growth, cultivating donors, marketing, and other related aspects.  Krista is also the Staff liaison to our National Philanthropy, Teach For America (TFA), and is in charge of projects relating to TFA such as the Alternative Break Project, Essay Contest, Backpack Attack, and Teacher Grants.
 
 
     

Director of Publications and Alumni Relations  As the director of alumni relations, this staff person manages the Fraternity's alumni relations programs by promoting and advancing the National Alumni Association and its affiliates (alumni associations and alumni chapters) as well as developing and implementing collegiate programs to advance our national alumni program. Also this role serves as the editor of the Lampadion and monthly e-newsletters. Most importantly this role secures the advancement of the organization through the implementation a fund development program. 

 
 
  Office Manager - JoAnn Harriger   Office Manager - JoAnn Harriger
As the office manager, JoAnn processes all of the paperwork and mail received by Phi Sigma Pi. This includes forms and supply requests from chapters, chapter jewelry orders, donations, NAA payments, and mail distribution. JoAnn oversees the database and updates all member records. JoAnn coordinates the chapter mailings as well as all mass mailing efforts. JoAnn coordinates the payment of dues/fees and fines by the chapters. JoAnn records and tracks the chapter forms and prepares delinquency reports for the executive director. JoAnn oversees the office supplies, and prepares bank deposits and petty cash. During all national events, JoAnn oversees registration by creating a master list of attendees, tracking delegates, and conducting the registration table for all those attending. In addition to her general clerical/office/administrative duties, JoAnn fulfills the receptionist duties for Phi Sigma Pi as well.
 
 
 
  Assistant Director of Member Services - Sarah Alderman  

Assistant Director of Member Services - Sarah Alderman
Sarah is an alumna of the Beta Iota Chapter at The Ohio State University. As Assistant Director of Member Services, Sarah leads the Fraternity’s Risk Management Education/Training and enhancement of Regional Conference planning and execution. She also assists with managing the Region Consultant team. Sarah facilitates investigations, in cooperation with the Director of Member Services, as directed by the National Council. Additionally, Sarah serves as the liaison between the Member Services and Leadership Advancement departments to ensure successful implementation of Leadership in Action and Teach For America initiatives on the local, regional, and national levels.

Annette is an alumna of the Alpha Chapter at the University of Central Missouri and this is her third year as a Region Consultant. As a consultant, Annette counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. During her chapter visitations, Annette works with her chapters on chapter development which can include: recruitment, initiate programs, image enhancement, risk management, business meetings, parliamentary procedure, and group dynamics. Annette will evaluate the strengths and limitations of the chapter, and follow up in writing after her visit. Annette is charged with producing a report for the National Council at the end of each semester that details all of her chapter visits. The region consultant reports to the director of member services.

Nick is an alumnus of the Epsilon Alpha Chapter at Kutztown University. As a consultant, Nick counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. During his chapter visitations, Nick works with his chapters on chapter development which can include: recruitment, initiate programs, image enhancement, risk management, business meetings, parliamentary procedure, and group dynamics. Nick will evaluate the strengths and limitations of the chapter, and follow up in writing after his visit. Nick is charged with producing a report for the National Council at the end of each semester that details all of her chapter visits. Stephanie is an alumna of the Beta Upsilon Chapter at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. As a consultant, Stephanie counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. During her chapter visitations, Stephanie works with her chapters on chapter development which can include: recruitment, initiate programs, image enhancement, risk management, business meetings, parliamentary procedure, and group dynamics. Stephanie will evaluate the strengths and limitations of the chapter, and follow up in writing after her visit. Stephanie is charged with producing a report for the National Council at the end of each semester that details all of her chapter visits. Mercedes is an alumna of the Kappa Chapter at California University of Pennsylvania. As a consultant, Mercedes counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. During her chapter visitations, Mercedes works with her chapters on chapter development which can include: recruitment, initiate programs, image enhancement, risk management, business meetings, parliamentary procedure, and group dynamics. Mercedes will evaluate the strengths and limitations of the chapter, and follow up in writing after her visit. Mercedes is charged with producing a report for the National Council at the end of each semester that details all of her chapter visits. Marc is an alumnus of the Delta Chi Chapter at Lehigh University. As a consultant, Marc counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. During his chapter visitations, Marc works with his chapters on chapter development which can include: recruitment, initiate programs, image enhancement, risk management, business meetings, parliamentary procedure, and group dynamics. Marc will evaluate the strengths and limitations of the chapter, and follow up in writing after his visit.
